Core Skills Lesson

This course is for more experienced riders who are looking to improve all aspects of their riding. We recommend having a minimum of six months mountain bike experience before attending.

Terrain

There will be a mix of trail centre trails and single track in the core skills session. Please note there may be technically demanding sections of trail.

Fitness

Participants require a basic level of fitness. The course will focus on skills rather than the physical aspect of the sport.

Bike

All participants should have their own bike, rental is not an option for this lesson.

Duration

The duration of this lesson is 3 hours. Please arrive early for a complementary tea or coffee.

Group Size

This is a public group lesson and where you will be riding with other bikers of varying experience. Max group size of 8 people. Please note these are adult lessons, over 18's only. Minors may arrange a private lesson with an accompanying adult.
