What's involved?
The Commuter Clinics take place outdoors, on closed paved ground. This allows us to practice key skills a safe and controlled environment.
Do need to be fit?
No you don't need to be fit at all. The focus of the Commuter Clinic is on skills and technique.
What should i bring?
You should bring the bike you commute on, helmet and any other safety equipment you normally wear. Wrap up warm with a rain coat just in case.
How long is the course?
The Commuter Clinics last approximately 3hours.
