Become an MBLA Bike Guide with Ireland's only mountain bike tutors.

Biking.ie are the only providers of the Mountain Bike Leadership Award tutoring courses in Ireland. Previously courses were only provided in the UK but now you can get the same tutoring here. There are two courses currently being provided, the first is the Trail Cycle Leader Qualification which is great for taking out beginners on restricted terrain. The next step up is the Mountain Bike Leader award. This is a highly respected qualification throughout Europe allowing for experienced groups to be taken into remote terrain.

How do I become a Bike Guide?

Everyone must start at the bottom and work their way up the ladder. It is not a fast process but it is highly rewarding once achieved. Have a read through the leader pathway and drop us an email to register your interest.
